Our 30-day promise

If you are not happy with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Which items qualify?

• Unopened products with the original seal intact.
• Products that arrived damaged, leaking or incorrect.

Which items do not qualify?

Opened grooming and cleaning liquids cannot be resold for hygiene and safety reasons, so they cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

My pet did not get on with a product. What now?

Every animal is different. If your pet reacts to a product, stop using it and email [email protected]. We will review your case individually and, where appropriate, offer a refund or store credit even for an opened item.

How do I start a return?

• Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for return.
• Wait for our return instructions before sending anything.
• Customers pay return postage unless the item was faulty or sent in error.

When will I get my refund?

Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and check the return.
