When will my order ship?

We prepare orders within 1–3 business days. Liquids are sealed and bagged to prevent leaks in transit.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery to islands, rural areas or during holidays may take longer.

How much does shipping cost?

The shipping cost for your address is shown at checkout before payment. Free-shipping offers apply automatically when your order qualifies.

How do I track my parcel?

We email a tracking number when your parcel ships. It may take up to 48 hours for the first update to appear.

What if my parcel arrives leaking or damaged?

Take a photo of the parcel and product and email [email protected] within 7 days. We will send a replacement or issue a refund.

What if my parcel is lost?

If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, let us know. We will contact the carrier and, if the parcel cannot be found, resend your order or refund you.

Shipping charges and free shipping

Orders of $79 USD or more ship free to addresses we currently deliver to. Orders under $79 are charged a flat shipping fee of $10 USD, shown at checkout before you pay. Free-shipping offers apply automatically when your order qualifies.

Warehouse and dispatch

Orders are prepared and dispatched from our fulfilment partner's warehouse in Guangdong Province, China. Delivery times are measured from the date of dispatch.
